This Service-Level Agreement (SLA) is between the City of Glasgow College Students’ Association (CitySA) and charities/community groups registering on the Volunteering HUB. CitySA will only approve Provider registrations from a voluntary group, charitable organisation, social enterprise or other not-for-profit organisation. Opportunities are approved to our database at the discretion of Students’ Association staff. Please get in touch with us with any queries regarding out registration process.
The SLA is effective from the date that it is signed by the organisation and requires an annual review. Organisations will be prompted by CitySA on approach of their review date. An organisations profile and any active adverts will be postponed and removed from view on the Volunteering HUB until the SLA has been renewed.
As a representative of the registering organisation, by continuing to register you agree to the terms set out above - and you acknowledge that any failure to meet the requirements of the Service Level Agreement will result in the removal of the organisations profile from the platform.
